Welcome to Paresh Lamba Signatures. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products offered by Paresh Lamba Signatures. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website.
1. Products
* All products are subject to availability.
* Every Paresh Lamba Signatures garment is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Minor variations in embroidery, embellishments, fabric texture, colour, and finishing are natural characteristics of handcrafted luxury and shall not be considered defects.
* Product colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, and individual screen settings.
* We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.
2. Pricing
* All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
* Applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing laws.
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
* In the event of a pricing error, Paresh Lamba Signatures reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Orders
* Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
* Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including shipping address and contact information, are accurate.
* Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
* After 24 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.
4.. Processing & Dispatch
All dispatch timelines are calculated in working days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Product Category Dispatch Timeline
Trousers Within 7 Working Days
Georgette Kurtas Within 7 Working Days
Embroidered Kurtas Within 15 Working Days
All Other Products Within 15 Working Days
Dispatch timelines begin once payment has been successfully received.
During festive seasons, exhibitions, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may be extended. Customers will be informed in the event of significant delays.
5. Shipping
* Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
* Delivery timelines provided by courier partners are estimates and may vary.
* Once an order has been dispatched, Paresh Lamba Signatures shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, customs clearance, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
6. International Orders
* International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other charges levied by their respective countries.
* Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance procedures.
7. Size & Measurements
Customers are encouraged to carefully review the size guide before placing an order.
For customised garments:
To personalize your piece, place your order on the website and share your Order ID with us on WhatsApp at +91 8095978728 to discuss your customization requirements.
Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and customization details they provide.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the exclusive and handcrafted nature of our garments:
* All sales are final.
* We do not offer returns.
* We do not offer exchanges.
* We do not offer refunds.
9. Alteration Policy
We do not provide complimentary alteration services after delivery.
For alteration-related assistance, customers may contact us on WhatsApp at +91 8095978728.
Where alteration assistance is possible:
* The customer shall bear one-way shipping charges.
* Alteration support is provided at the sole discretion of Paresh Lamba Signatures depending on the garment and requested modification.
10. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive:
* An incorrect product,
* A damaged product, or
* A manufacturing defect,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@pareshlambasignatures.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8095978728.
To facilitate verification, customers may be required to provide:
* Clear photographs of the product,
* Packaging images, and
* An unboxing video.
Upon verification, Paresh Lamba Signatures will provide an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.
11. Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including but not limited to:
* Product designs
* Collection names
* Logos
* Photographs
* Videos
* Graphics
* Website design
* Text
* Artwork
is the exclusive intellectual property of Paresh Lamba Signatures and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No material may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Paresh Lamba Signatures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of its products.
Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product concerned.
13. Privacy
Customer information collected through our website is used solely for order processing, customer support, and service-related communications.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required to fulfil orders or comply with applicable laws.
14. Force Majeure
Paresh Lamba Signatures shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

* Floods
* Fire
* Pandemic
* Government restrictions
* War
* Civil unrest
* Labour strikes
* Supply chain disruptions
* Transportation delays
* Courier interruptions
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Note: This wording is legally preferable to stating “Karnataka High Court,” as jurisdiction depends on the nature and stage of the dispute.
16. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Paresh Lamba Signatures reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The revised Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
